Athlete Consultation

This is one free 30 minute session for current CFB athletes to set a goal and put a plan in place, or just get more clear on how CrossFit Bemidji can help you!  This can be in-person, with a phone call, or an on-line zoom meeting.

InBody Scan

Knowing the exact breakdown of your body will tell you how much body fat has been lost and how much lean body mass has been gained during your weight management program.  You could potentially have big fat loss and muscle gain, and your weight won't change at all.  How would know this when using your bathroom scale?  We will review the results with you so you have a good understanding and maybe a new goal to shoot for!

One-on-One Fitness and Health Coaching

This personal training session is for you if you just need that extra push and accountability to show up for your workouts.  This is also a great resource to get a better understanding of what your abilities are in the gym, and quickly learn the basics of our workouts, and get a strong foundation for movement, without the distraction in a class setting.  You'll get way more out of your workouts than you can imagine!  But don't forget the barbell....we can also help you sharpen up those movements to look and feel smooth and steady!  This session can be tailored to your needs depending on where you need a little extra focus.  Call Lynn at 218.766.9088 if you have questions about setting up a schedule that works best for you.
