3 Workouts Each Week
M, W, F, 10-11*
Each 1-hour class includes a trainer-led warmup, stretching, workout, then cool down.
We will use the rowing machine for total-body, fat-burning workouts with off the rower movements as well utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight.
These are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts for cardio and strength to burn fat and increase fitness.
